Chad is the Executive Director responsible for overseeing daily operations of the community, ensuring quality care and services are provided to residents and achieving high resident satisfaction.
Charice is the Wellness Director responsible for overseeing resident health care services, the medication delivery system, in-service training of the Health Services Department and conducting assessments.
Community Relations Director
Helga is the Community Relations Director responsible for sales and marketing and has helped numerous families find placement for their loved ones. Previously, Helga worked for Greenfield-Central Community Schools where she received several awards including a 5 Star Rating for operating the school's dietary system deficient free for five consecutive years. Helga attended International Business College and University of Phoenix. She resides near Greenfield, Indiana with her children.
Business Office Manager
Barbara is the Office Manager responsible for maintaining day-to-day business office operations and procedures, including payroll, rent deposits and resident billing. For the previous 2 decades, Barbara worked in the corporate office of a management company that owned and operated numerous skilled nursing facilities and other businesses across central and southern Indiana. In addition to being a certified bookkeeper, Notary Public and experienced property sales manager, she has managed a wide spectrum of businesses including condominiums and multi-family. Originally from Shelbyville Indiana, Barbara was raised on the family farm. She currently resides on the south side of Indianapolis with her dog Vinnie. She has a daughter and son. Her time at home is spent exercising, reading and socializing with friends and neighbors. You will know Barbara by her smile.
Life Enrichment Coordinator
Margie is the Life Enrichment Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating community-sponsored activity, exercise and wellness programs for residents, as well as, ensuring our residents continue to live life to their fullest potential, enjoying their favorite activities while discovering new ones, and blooming into their best selves through growth and discovery. Margie's experience prior to Bloom, which includes being an editor of an Indianapolis newspaper, customer service representative and project coordinator for an automation and mailing service, fitness instructor, director of senior services center and executive assistant for a local business, makes her the perfect choice to lead Bloom's signature activity and wellness programs. She graduated from Ball State University. Margie's achievements and volunteering includes: outstanding sales performance; excellence in customer service; Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis volunteer; Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors volunteer; Habitat for Humanity volunteer; Indianapolis 500 committee member; Midway Village Museum Board of Directors and Marketing Chair; Community Foundation Advisor; CPR certification by American Red Cross; and Certified Zumba, Zumba Gold, Silver Sneakers and Yoga Instructor.
James "Jim" Hale
Director of Maintenance
Jim is the Director of Maintenance responsible for maintenance, repairs and improvements to our residents’ home. Jim loves working and interacting with our residents and families on a daily basis to ensure our residents are safe and happy. Jim’s extensive 25 year career working with logistic providers as a senior configuration assembler, running tool distribution warehouses, leading pharmaceutical wholesale departments and as a residential / commercial installation mechanic for heating and air conditioning companies makes him a tremendous asset to our residents. Jim received certifications in HVAC from Ferris State University. Jim attended Ivy Tech College and Valparaiso where he studied HVAC and welding. Jim resides in Indianapolis with his wife and enjoys hiking, photography and racing.
